Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Returns & Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a damaged product, you can request a refund or replacement by emailing support@grainygoodness.com on the day of delivery.

  • Attach a clear image of the damaged item for evaluation.

  • Approved returns will be reverse-picked by our courier.

  • Once the item reaches our facility and is verified, a refund or replacement will be processed.
